How we work alongside you
There is no need to make selling decisions immediately. Families can start with photos, identify what they want to keep and discuss the next step. We assess suitable belongings and explain the selling work before any agreement.
THE THINGS WE SELL
Furniture, art and the unexpected.
Actual sold item photos. Client consignment and our resale inventory. Sale details and sources are in the selling record.
FROM INTRODUCTION TO SELLING
A clear next step.
With the owner in control.
01Start with the situation.
Photos, location, timing and who can approve the work. We assess whether the belongings fit.
02Agree the selling plan.
The owner approves the scope, price floors and responsibilities before we list suitable pieces.
03Find the buyers.
We handle listings and buyer conversations. The agreed handoff and itemized accounting follow.
Selling process, illustrated. The actual scope and responsibilities are agreed for each collection.
LET'S DISCUSS THE SITUATION
A few details.
The right next step.
Start with your own contact and general context. Share a client's personal details only with their permission.
Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern
Discuss a collection.
SHARE SOMETHING USEFUL
A guide they can keep.
