A sale on a date
An estate sale brings buyers into the house during an advertised sale. It can suit a larger quantity of contents and a fixed schedule. Agree the sale dates, staffing, access and what happens to anything left over.
The sale itself is not a guarantee that the house will be empty. Donation, removal or another selling route may be separate work.

Sell selected pieces from home
In-home consignment keeps approved pieces at your house while we identify them, research completed sales, create listings and handle buyer messages. A local buyer comes at a time arranged with you; someone you trust opens the door.
Online buyers may suit an item with a wider market. Clients usually pack and ship with our label unless a different arrangement is agreed. We assess condition, handling and likely demand before choosing that route.
Photo review first. Full service visits generally start with a $1,500 appraised collection and five pieces over $150. One valuable piece can start with photo review. We assess its value, condition and practical handling, then recommend the right level of support.

Choose around the belongings and deadline
- Timing: tell us the date the pieces must leave. A listing is not a promise of a sale by that date.
- Value: identifiable furniture, art, models and specialist tools may deserve individual listings. Smaller pieces may suit sensible lots.
- Access: agree who can meet buyers or handle fulfillment, especially if nobody lives nearby.
Sometimes a combination makes sense. Selected pieces can be sold first if time permits, with the rest handled under an agreed plan. We recommend the route after reviewing the collection.
